| Over 50 business leaders joined CEO David Kennedy and Committee member Dr Sam Fankhauser, to launch the CCC advice on the government's Carbon Reduction Commitment Scheme. The advice concluded that the scheme should be re-designed prior to 2013 in order to reduce its complexity. |
