CCC expresses concern about Green Deal proposals |

Lord Adair Turner, Chair of the CCC, has written to the Secretary of State Chris Huhne expressing concern about some of the detailed proposals for the Green Deal and Energy Company Obligation (ECO). The letter highlights low projected levels of loft and cavity wall insulations under the proposed approach, which would be a problem for meeting carbon budgets and mitigating energy bill impacts. |
