This supporting research accompanies the Adaptation Sub-Committee’s 2017 Report to Parliament: Progress in preparing for climate change. The research was carried out by BRE.

  • The aim of the project was to understand their perceptions about the costs and benefits of dealing with flood and overheating risks in new buildings.
  • This report summarises the results of a survey and follow up interviews with buildings professionals.
