Review of the impacts of carbon budget measures on human health and the environment (by Ricardo AEA)

This report, Review of the impacts of carbon budget measures on human health and the environment, was commissioned from Ricardo-AEA by the Committee on Climate Change. It provides supporting information for the Fourth Carbon Budget Review part 2 – the cost-effective path to the 2050 target report.

The report details the benefits and costs to the environment and human health from action to meet carbon budgets. These including:

  • impacts from reduced air pollution, and
  • visual impacts of wind farms.
