Review of the impacts of carbon budget measures on human health and the environment (by Ricardo AEA)

This report was commissioned from Ricardo-AEA by the Committee on Climate Change. It provides supporting information for the Fourth Carbon Budget Review part 2 – the cost-effective path to the 2050 target report.

The report details the benefits and costs to the environment and human health from action to meet carbon budgets. These including:

  • impacts from reduced air pollution, and
  • visual impacts of wind farms.
