The Department of Energy and Climate Change today published its findings with regards to the CCC’s first triennial review.
David Kennedy, Chief Executive of the Committee on Climate Change said:
“We welcome the positive conclusions and constructive recommendations of the review, which will be taken on board.
The CCC will continue to align our practices with the principles of good governance and deliver high quality statutory advice based on evidence and analysis. We will publish our report on Scottish progress in reducing emissions in March, followed shortly after by two annual progress reports to the UK Parliament.”
