A letter from Lord Krebs, Chair of the Adaptation Sub-Committee, to the Secretary of State, Elizabeth Truss, to welcome the Government’s proposed water abstraction reforms set out in January 2016.
The letter:
- recalls the importance and urgency of abstraction reform
- says that the Adaptation Sub-Committee strongly recommends including the necessary primary legislation in the next Queen’s speech
