To inform our advice on the UK’s Seventh Carbon Budget, the CCC commissioned ERM to assess costs, efficiencies, and roll-out trajectories for zero-emission HGVs, buses, and coaches, in line with the UK’s commitments to reach Net Zero by 2050.
